JAVASCRIPT/JQUERY (advanced),

CSS QUERIES/MOBILE (medium)

WORDPRESS IMPLEMENTATION, TEMPLATE CREATION (medium, advanced)

strong eye for aesthetics

Additional skills needed for the above jobs:

a good eye for aesthetics
a good decision maker, NOT someone who needs to be pushed from behind
not afraid of responsibility
good english knowledge (spoken and written)
team player
stress proof :P

2. PHP - passionate SENIOR web developer

MINIMUM skills required (medium to senior developer ):
( MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED !! )

PHP/HTML (advanced),

CSS (medium),

MYSQL (advanced),

JAVASCRIPT (Ajax, Jquery / Mootools) (medium)

Additional skills needed for the above jobs:

a good eye for aesthetics
a good decision maker, NOT someone who needs to be pushed from behind
not afraid of responsibility
good english knowledge (spoken and written)
team player
stress proof :P

More information:

You will work on medium to big sized projects, sometimes as a single developer and other times within a team.

You will be involved strictly in your area of expertise (design or development), however a very basic understanding of the other one is needed.

Good understanding of the specs is required, as well as "read between the lines" capabilities.

All projects are unique and require some experience to fulfill.

Some projects are rewarded after finishing it (it all depends on speed, accurate development, bugs and customer satisfaction).
